2021 Dealers of the Year Announced
Steamericas is happy to announce 2021 Dealers of the Year. As Steamericas dealer network grows, we would like to recognize dealers who go above and beyond to push the Optima Steamer brand and provide superior service to the Optima customers. This year’s recipients have been chosen primarily based on 2020 performance.
Most Decorated Dealer of the Year goes to AHN Servicio Tecnico of Chile.
This category is awarded to a dealer who has exceeded the quota and keeps consistent unit and parts inventory for best customer experience (both sales and service). AHN has been a long-time dealer of Steamericas. Due to international logistics costs and complications, AHN typically orders by container volume. This requires keen attention to the stock level of parts as well as units. AHN’s customers are very happy with the service they receive thanks to knowledgeable and get-it-done-minded owner, Cristian Galvez. This award is overdue for AHN. Congratulations!
Rising Star of the Year goes to Hotsy Water Blast of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
This award goes to a dealer who has exceeded the quota and shown the most increase in sales in a short period of time with consistency. Since becoming Steamericas’ dealer in 2020, Hotsy Water Blast has proven that they have what it takes to go full steam ahead with the Optima Steamer. With locations in three western provinces in Canada and one US state, Hotsy Water Blast quickly assimilated various markets to which the Optima Steamer can contribute thanks to John Warmink and his dedicated sales and service team. We look forward to another great year.
Pioneer of the Year goes to Automatic Repair Company of Farmingdale, New York.
This recognition is awarded to a dealer who exceeded the quota and sold the most in a new/emerging market. Automatic Repair spent a busy year providing Optima demonstrations and services to customers in Long Island who have been waiting for a local dealership for years. Automatic Repair was in the right place at the right time when COVID-19 hit the area hard. Many who were looking for a solution to better sanitize against the novel coronavirus found the Optima Steamer to be the part of the solution. Automatic Repair was able to master a quick learning curve on the new product line they just took on and has already become a veteran Optima dealer in a short time period. Welcome to the Optima team!
Brand Ambassador of the Year goes to Sean Ring of NorthBay Equipment Service & Sales in Santa Rosa, California.
This recognition is awarded to a dealer or an individual employed by a dealership who promotes Steamericas products and brand tirelessly through social media, dealer referrals and/or trade shows. This award is well-overdue. Thanks to his pioneering nature and various customers with unique needs around him, Sean always pushes the envelope to find new adaptations for the Optima. He was involved with pairing the Optima with automatic barrel washing systems, which opened the door for the Optima to large scale winery production sites. Sean is the go-to peer resource for many other dealers when they have questions on the product line. We always appreciate his willingness to share his knowledge, which helps us with product improvements as well.
