Why should I attend B.E.V. NY and visit Steamericas’ booth?
B.E.V. NY is the annual grape and wine conference presented by Cornell’s Finger Lakes Grape Program and the Enology Extension Laboratory. Peter J Schiller Corp will be representing the Optima Steamer.
Winery attendees will have an opportunity to learn more about dry steam technology and request an on-site demonstration.
